I’ve done some strange things with indexed folders & files, so I need to know what the icon on the left means.
If this means I’ve made changes and the file needs to be updated in finder, how do I make that happen? Update Indexed Files does nothing.

See page 210 of the current DEVONthink handbook (“iconology”). The icon means “Item has incoming item links.”
That was very helpful. Because the only incoming item links are from Highlight Summaries, I can see which files I’ve already made summaries of. Thanks again.
