EML files present on DTTG not syncing to DT3 3.9.6

There are two .eml files that I added in DTTG on my iPhone 15 Pro Max that won’t sync to DT3 on my mac. Things I’ve tried to fix:

  • Restarting both the macOS and iOS device
  • Quitting and restarting DT3 and DTTG on both devices
  • Verify & Repair on both devices for the given database
  • Different internet connections on both devices

My setup:

  • 16-inch, 2023 M2 Max MacBook Pro running macOS Sonoma 14.5 (23F79)
  • iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 17.5.1 (21F90)
  • Database syncing via iCloud
