it seems only empty the index not work, unless remove all items.
what should i do for this.
Those items will remain in the Trash unless you put them back in the database’s groups or choose Remove All Items.
You should read and understand the In & Out > Importing & Indexing section of the built-in Help and manual as this discusses how deleting indexed items is handled.
