I am trying to install DTTG on a new iPad and I am getting an encryption key error. I know how to enter the key, but I have no idea where to find the key.
Can I find it on another device that is syncing?
To the best of my knowledge the answer is no; you defined the encryption key yourself, maybe you made a note of it? Do wait for others to chime in, perhaps the key is saved somewhere (keychain being the obvious place, but I think not). If you can’t find and don’t know the key, you’d need to clean the sync store and set it up anew with a new key.
