I just purchased 3.0, and when I “Install Add-ons”, I get an error message:
Can’t copy plugin resources
Please check your write permissions and the amount of free space in your home “Library/Mail/Bundles” folder.
I have over 150 GB free on my hard drive.

This has been discussed here previously…
You must enable Full disk access in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy for DEVONthink 3.

Ok, thanks. Every other piece of software I’ve installed that needs such access always tells me during installation. Might want to put a pop-up when users select “Install Add-ons” that says that.
BTW:
Do you use the betas of Catalina or Mojave?

I have the same problem. I have allowed Full Disk Permission, deleted DTP2, and restarted. Still can’t instal Apple Mail Plugin. Any more suggestions?

Sorry for the hassle but disregard. Finally managed to work out how to change permissions and that fixed it!
