Escape character in search window

Hi… I can’t find an answer to this on the forum or in the help manual - if it’s there, my apologies.

I’m looking for the escape character for the search parameters.

E.g. I want to search for [DEF, which of course it doesn’t find, because [ is a restricted parameter.

Is there an escape character similar to the use of \ in vim regexp? (ie searching for [DEF will pull up [DEF).

No. Only alphanumeric words are indexed.
