Exact phrase search with "-"

I am trying to compare how many documents I have with the exact phrase “button box” with the number that have “button-box” with a dash.

When I use quotes around those in the search field it shows the same results. It may be ignoring the dash. Is there a way to search for the exact phrase including the dash?

No. As discussed many times on these forums, non-alphanumeric characters are not indexed, therefore not searchable.
