When developing a plugin, what is the difference between the two keys in how the keys behave? Reading the documentation, it seems both keys preform the same function. When would using one make more sense than using the other?
LinksNotMatching uses the URL of the link, ExcludeLinksNamed uses the linked text (e.g. “Read More”).
