Export Group Headings

I’d like to export my group headings to use as an outline. Is this possible?

This is only possible via OPML right now (see File > Export > as Outliner Processor Markup Language…) and therefore only usable if the target application supports OPML too.

Another possibility is AppleScript, a similar already existing script is Scripts > Export > Listing…

OPML would be fine. Can you walk me through how I do this? I just want the group headings, not the material inside the groups.

That’s unfortunately not possible as I assumed that the hierarchy contains only groups. To get the names (without formatting), you can however select multiple groups, use Edit > Copy and paste them e.g. to TextEdit.
