Hi,

Can DTP export a list of records to Apple Numbers?

Sure. Choose Scripts > Export > Listing. This will create a plain text list of your groups and documents.

Then open that text file in Numbers.

Thanks, but that script exports the entire dbase. I d like to export 1 group which contains a serie of records and work on them in Numbers.

Quick workaround: Select that group and export it to the Finder. Create a new database and import the relevant Finder folder. Now invoke the script to export a list of contents as a text file. Open that text file in Numbers.

How long did that take?

Of course, if this is something you are going to do frequently, you could modify a copy of the script by limiting the script’s text file export to a selected group.
