Is it possible to make an amendment to Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Cmd+M, so that the email will not only be added to DTPO, but additionally will be moved into a given mailbox »completed issues« or archived or whatever?
I am using Mail Act-On, which provides the ability to define Shortcuts to start actions, e.g. invoke a script, move and color a message. But I’ve found no way to invoke the functionality of Shift+Ctrl+Cmd+Alt+M.
Is there a way to do so?

I assume you are referring to the DEVONthink Pro Office mail plugin that you access at Mail > Message > Add to DEVONthink Pro Office. Over here the default shortcut is ⌃⌥⌘M (control-option-command-m ).
The way to do this in a MAO rule or a regular Mail rule is to use one of the mail rule scripts available at ~/Applications/DEVONthink Pro Office/Extras/Mail Rules.
There are several threads on the forum describing what different users have done to implement these rules. Look for “Mail Act-On” in the “advanced search” panel of the forum.
