it would be great, if you could add an option with which one can automatically add a custom suffix/prefix when stamping a document.

This isn’t currently possible, but you may be able to set an intervallic option, like Hourly.

I would like to add a suffix to the name of the PDF file depending on the stamp. Your idea (smart rule, hourly) is nice, but I usually email or save the file (to the cloud) after it’s stamped and renamed. So i’ll have to check it again…
Note you can also create a smart rule and drag and drop files onto it to apply the actions.

The suggestion is noted, for sure. Development would have to assess possible adding an event trigger like On Imprinting. Cheers!
