I frequently annotate PDFs in DT and it’s time-consuming to use the mouse to change the annotation tool. I most often flip around using these six tools: select text, highlight, add text, add line, strikeout, comment – so a lot of time goes into changing tools. It’d be very cool to have keyboard shortcuts for some of these annotation tools! Thanks for considering.
Seeing as that’s a third-party framework, I don’t know how feasible it is. However, the request is noted.
Keyboard Maestro can easily do this for you.
You can also add shortcuts via System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts. In addition, switching to the editing bar is also more convenient then using the menu.
Apologies. I thought you were referring to DEVONthink To Go.
