File count number not correct

My iPhone and iPad and Mac sync fine (across LAN). Multiple databases, all good.

One odd thing; with one particular database the file count number for that database inbox shows a different number on the iPad (9) and iPhone (21). The Mac shows the correct number (26)

There are 26 files in the inbox, and they are all there in the iPad and iPhone as well, so nothing missing, all accessible, so no problem. Just wondered if an easy fix?

Try this…

  1. Press the ? icon in the bottom toolbar.
  2. Go to Help > Appendix > URL Commands > Performing Service Tasks.
  3. Press the Execute link under delete-caches.
  4. Quit and relaunch DEVONthink To Go.
