I have a bunch of text notes in the inbox, which I can modify, but they remain in light grey in their file name and cannot be moved.
What does a file name in light grey mean in the inbox ?

Is the inbox synchronized? Because these items are probably pending, meaning that their (latest) contents haven’t been downloaded yet. Does a smart group using the condition “Instance is Pending” return any results?
it appears to be for RTFD. if I convert these files with convert to text, the copy shows up as black and can be moved. then I also see some kind of an indicator with that side by side windows in besides the file name which I don’t know what it means.
It’s probably the icon of duplicates.
