as you see this file often shows up in the inbox, everytime I try to delete it but it will comes up some other times.
I have tried every option for the database, but it doesnt work.
Could somebody tell me what should I do?

Is this item in the folder ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink 3/Inbox?
Removing the items in the Inbox folder should fix the issue.
