"Find" functions not working for me

I have a few problems with finding items using various search tools, but I’ll start with one. I have attached screenshots that hopefully make my question clear: why aren’t the files with “west” in the name being found?

I’ve tried rebuilding database, and other futzing around. I may just be missing some obvious setting, although I’ve owned DT Pro Office for years, and am finally now only really trying to get around to learning DT.

Have you selected the correct database to search in for each example?

In addition, please ensure that the enclosing groups of the items that should be found are not excluded from searching. Contrary to version 2 excluding a group from searching excludes now all its items and subgroups too.
