Finding documents in DTP, Opening in DTTG

Hi,

In a situation where a given database is synced between DTP and DTTG, is there a way to use DTP to locate a particular document and then instruct DTTG to open the same document?

This would allow me to take advantage of DTP’s sophisticated search engines and organization, while using DTTG to read and annotate individual PDFs.

Nothing built in and nothing simply done, if possible.

DEVONthink and DEVONthink To Go are separate applications on separate devices, running separate operating systems.

I use to flag it in DT and then go to DTTG and look in flagged ones… Or with a tag.

Or you can go to the built in smart groups on DTTG and see what you have viewed recently.
