Folder Action Script not deleting

I’m using the import, ocr, delete, folder action script. It does the 1st 2 actions, but does not delete. I’ve deleted the script and folder action and re-added both to no avail. Any suggestions?

What version of DEVONthink and operating system are you running?

2.9.16 for DT and 10.13.1 on Mac OS
