Force chat `Suggested Date` to be in ISO date format

Been playing around with the chat smartules and they work really well

i do see that the chat Suggested Date is inconstant with format (it can be sometimes ISO date and sometimes April 10, 2025. etc

is there anyway to force the date to always adhere to an ISO date format?

You can’t finetune a placeholder. Does the format match the date in the document?

thx @BLUEFROG , yes mostly just like to be consistent and use ISO dates, ill probably switch to date added unless maybe there is a way to store the ‘suggested date’ in a variable somehow and then convert that to ISO?

Which chat engine/model did you use? The second beta will improve this and the result should be YYYY-MM-DD. It will be also possible to easily change the creation/modification date or custom metadata dates to the suggested date.

But do remember, context matters. If a document has multiple dates, the suggested date may not return the one you imagined it should. As an example, in a document with three dates, AI is choosing the first date…
