I use every day a ScanSnap S300M which is quite outdated (bought it in February 2010, just found the receipt in DEVONthink!), but still works perfectly with DT3.
I am currently still running macOS Ventura on my M1 Macbook Air, as I fear that a macOS upgrade might make it stop working, but now I am two major releases behind and should start to plan about updating to Sequoia… and hopefully the ScanSnap software will still work!
This is what I run currently:
I do keep the software around in case it will stop being made available for download by Fujitsu, and now Ricoh, but at some point in time I presume that its software lifetime will come to an end, sadly.
