Hey I have Devonthink 4 running on an iMac as a Bonjour Server. And now I have DTTG4 installed on my iPhone. I have connected the local bonjour server both are running. But no pdf files are being downloaded. In DTTG settings - sync - locations the option Files downloading is set to Always.
BUT wenn ich long press the database there is an option called downloading which is set to Manual but I can NOT change it to Always.
Was the database imported from another sync location?
Thanks I have it working now. Had to delete the App and reinstallled it now everything is synced
BUT now my license is not saved. I have 4 seats available but everytime I restart the I have to Register the licence again

Thanks for this update. I’ve been battling with this too on iPadOS and iOS. I also seem to have the download issue. I can see all the databases that I expect to sync but I’m unable to download documents even after going through the licence registration piece for the umpteenth time. I normally have downloads set to on demand but when I select a document, pressing download in the viewing section does nothing. When I change the database to always download, after a few seconds, a message pops up on screen saying “couldn’t download documents”. I can download the same documents in DTTG3 though. Hopefully there is a fix for this too.
I can confirm with the DTTG update that has been released today the issue with license has been fixed. Thank you very much
