Global Inbox: Delayed Update

4.0.2 here - suddenly, the global inbox takes a long while to detect new files into it; in other wirds, I move them into the folder of the global inbox, but it sometimes takes minutes until they show up in DEVONthink itself. Is there a script command that I can use to force a refresh?

  • Do you still have DEVONthink 3.x installed?
  • Have you removed the Inbox alias from the Finder’s sidebar then installed version 4’s via DEVONthink > Install Add-Ons > Global Inbox in Save Dialogs ?

Yes, all of that. A long time ago. It just started yesterday. I’ll observe further.
