Global Inbox Sync Error


I’m having some issues with my Global inbox syncing properly. I essentially have three clients - my laptop, my desktop and my phone. My laptop and phone are in sync. Whenever I try to sync my desktop, I’m getting an error (specifically manifest files missing - I’ll attach the log here). I tried to repair and optimize but that has not resolved the error messages. Before I take any additional steps, I thought I’d see if I could get help or direction from someone who might be able to assist. My limited searches did send me to but that article is 10 years old.


You need to Clean the location. Right-click the Sync location in DEVONthink’s Preferences > Sync and choose Clean Location. This will clear out the Sync Data currently in that location and you will have to reSync.
