Regarding the shortcomings of DT’s inability to clip information from some web pages, especially some websites that require login, operated my exploration, and found a third-party plugin to solve this problem. The plug-in name is maoxian web clipper. You can download the clipped webpages locally, and then use hazel to automatically move the webpages to the DT’s INBOX directory for clip purposes, but this plug-in is only used for chrome.
You could also switch to the reader view in any browser and then clip to DEVONthink. In this case, there will be a „clean“ distraction free clipping.
In reading mode, you cannot call the clipping function, including the clipping function of evernote.
At least printing a paginated PDF to DEVONthink should be possible.
