Grab and paste screen selection into DTPO's rtf note

Before the upgrade to Mojave, when I am taking rtf note in DTPO I can right click and use a standard service to grab any screen selection as image and the image will be pasted to the note automatically. It seems that the service is no longer available in Mojave. Now, I need to use standard apple keyboard short cut shift-ctrl-command-4 to grab the image into clipboard and paste it to the rtf note in DTPO.
Is the original “grab and paste image” a service from DTPO or from HiSierra?

It’s a service of Preview.app and does still exist (see System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts). However, it’s not available in the standard contextual menu of text views anymore. Seems to be another bug of Mojave.
