This is what shows up:
Double-click the Filing Bills smart rule to edit it. What is shown there?
Just as I mentioned. This smart rule - which is not from us - is filing your Global Inbox imports into that Archive folder.
I just removed it but transfers from Craft are still going into Archive group.
Found the culprit. It was a Smart Rule called Web Clippings.
A new question: When attempting to do a screen shot the preview is populated by my wallpaper and the wallpaper is also what is captured in the screen shot.
It canāt be that smart rule as thatās not the location specified in the File action. In your action, it is the location.

You need to give DEVONthink Screen Recording permissions in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy.
Ha. That problem bugged me with another app. Thanks for pointing out the probable solution!
Regarding the first issue Iām not sure whether āweb clippingsā came with the program or not but when I looked at it it seemed to be the archive group that it was filing to. At any rate because I removed it I canāt go back and double check. On the second issue I had made the change you suggested yesterday but Iām still seeing the Monterey wallpaper as soon as I invoke the screenshot grabber.
Itās available via the support assistant but by default not automatically triggered.
