We have basically used this software as our digital filing cabinet since the beginning of the year. Today, we were doing a Word upgrade. After the upgrade, we got a notice that said something to the effect “DevonThink Pro is not compatible with Mail.” We don’t use it with mail, and had not upgraded Mail.
The icon on the doc is greyed out and had the circle with the line through it indicating that it is no longer there. Since all of our data is in the program, we really need to figure out what happened. We have Time Machine backing up everything, but can’t figure out how to get it back, and are panicked.
Any help appreciated!
