Help with a DTTG 3 Workflow: Highlighting Web Articles

I feel as though I’m stymied how to do something very common: I come across an interesting article on the web. I want to capture it through DTTG 3 and then open the article so that I can annotate it, mostly to highlight interesting thoughts.

What’s the best way to do this? I’m willing to invest in other apps, if necessary, to make a more workflow.

My DEVONsave shortcut offers a kind of solution, although it requires that a couple syncs happen with DT3 on a desktop somewhere.
