I know that when an entry is in bold and blue that it means that you have a duplicate somewhere. I ran the Data> Find & Remove Similar Contents… script thinking that it would find the duplicate(s) in whatever folder it was in and remove it( them). Instead, that script removed (deleted) the entry that you are looking at.
