Help Writing a Plugin

Eric, Christian, Bill or anyone else,
I am trying to build a plugin for the EDGAR database. Here is the webpage that I usually query using a stock ticker (second search box):

I have read through the tutorial, but my lack knowledge of coding is killing me. Can anyone out there build a simple plugin for me?

I wonder what DEVONagent should do for you - the primary search results don’t seem to be that useful for an application collecting & summarizing text.
