How can I refresh my index groups

Hi all, I am using DT for a few days and already bought a license…
Now I have a question, I indexed a large amount of pdf files but since I add a few dozen almost every day, is there an automated way to keep the index created in DT? The only alternative is to have a “last downloaded” folder and keep them there, deleting and re-indexing the directory every day…
Hope I made my problem clear, and that someone will come out with a solution!

DEVONthink 1.9 will be able to “sync” a group with a folder in the file system to automatically import/index newly added files.
