The question has really two parts.
How can a web site’s on page SEO be visualized by DEVONthink, via extraction of content and meta tags?
How can off-site SEO be captured and analyzed for individual sites and groups of similar sites?
I can’t remember any similar usage scenarios, DEVONthink/agent might not be the right tools for this task (although it might be doable using scripts).
