How to change sorter notes to normal, black text on white background?

Also, how to enlarge the tiny font in sorter notes?

I’ve searched for a preference to change those, but can’t find it.
Also searched this forum, but haven’t found anything about these two problems.

This isn’t customizable.

The plain/rich text fonts (see Preferences > Editing) should be used depending on the format of the note.
