How to create a bulleted or numbered list in a web archive

I used the web clipper to clip the following web page:
https://docs.anaconda.com/free/anaconda/install/uninstall/

I wasn’t too happy with the result, so I tried to do some editing, namely create a numbered list, but I couldn’t find any icons for that purpose. Is there a way to do this?

You can add appropriate HTML tags into the source code in editing view (the second icon on the right of the word count).

MDN reference for making an HTML list, in case you need it.

Thank you… forgot I was dealing with an HTML file!
