How to create a crawler set.

I want to use DA to search two or three canadian web site on a regular basis. One of them is Health Canada at hc-sc.gc.ca/index_e.html. It has a search engine.
Now, I tried to set up a crawler with the term “official languages minority communities” as per Bill De Ville’s instructions in another post, but it doesn’t work.
Is it possible to create a crawler for this Web site. Can anyone tell the steps to set up a successful crawler for that Web site.
