When I double click to open an item in new window, I cannot find a way to delete the item. Currently, I need to close the item. To go back to the list to delete the item.
Is there a way for me to delete the item that I am viewing in the window I opened? Without returning back to the list.
No, this is not possible. It’s actually the first request I ever recall seeing too.
It is like, in Finder, you use Space to preview the file. You can use arrow up and down to preview all the files in the list in Finder. While previewing the file, you can still use Command-Delete to delete the file you are previewing.
