how to download all pdf's from a website

I was wondering how to download all files with a certain extension from a website, such as pdf’s or doc’s. I was hoping to avoid all the html and image files.

I indicated that only these files should be downloaded in the download manager options, but the entire site was still downloaded.

I’m sure I’ve missed something obvious. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the screenshot. I did indeed want to download the pdf’s from an entire website, not just a webpage. Using the ‘on same host’ option solved the problem.
