When I import any document, I put in its base any tags and am obliged every time to clean my database of these unexpected tags. Is there a setting for any document to import any tags?
There is a hidden preference for this…
Go into Help > Documentation > Appendix > Hidden Preferences and click the On link for DisableFinderTags. Then quit and relaunch DEVONthink.
Do bear in mind, this inhibits importing Finder tags, but it also inhibits exporting DEVONthink tags as Finder tags too.
