What is the quickest way to send an email you are viewing in Entourage to DTPO for archive?

The fastest way is probably the script “Add message(s) to DEVONthink”. It’s accessible via the script menu extra if Entourage is the active application.

I tried it and a pop said Entourage script error unexpected reference.

Do I need to edit the script some how before it works?

No. Which version of Entourage are you using?

Its 2008 version 12.2.3.

Here is the error message I get when I have an email highlighted and click on the script menu. Then I select Add message(s) to DEVONthink.

I usually just drag them to the sorter as needed.
