iCloud Sync and mixed databases (indexed and non-indexed)

Hello,
I have four databases. One of them is a indexed database and I want only the metadata synced. The other three should sync content.
As I know I can only set sync behavior at Sync-Store level? And with iCloud I can have only one. Any idea?
Would be fine to set sync behavior (Synchronize contents of indexed items) at database level?!

Are you referring to syncing with DTTG? If so, you must synchronize the contents of indexed items when syncing from the Mac. DTTG doesn’t support indexed files, and if you don’t include the contents, there will be nothing for DTTG to download on demand.
