iCloud sync makes half the work

but also wonder if DEVONtech can patch something in the interim?

iCloud is not in our control and we definitely don’t want to code for a moving target like a beta operating system, at least nothing we’d make publicly available.

Switched from iCloud to DropBox for syncing. Seems reliable across iPad and iPhone now.

I have the same problem. iCloud sync works fine, but the Global Inbox keeps getting out of sync on iOS. I still find random files present on iOS that I added to my Global Inbox then sorted later to different databases on my Mac. Seems like DEVONthink loses track of the “move event” on these files somehow.

How are these files added to the Global Inbox in DEVONthink To Go?
Is it via the Share > DEVONthink option?

Some of them are added via the iOS share sheet -> DEVONthink extension, some of them using the DEVONthink clipper in Safari on my Mac or via the Services menu also on my Mac.

So the problematic ones are added on either platform?
