When syncing down my databases to a new Mac, I notice the inbox syncing a ton of files. What is it doing? I don’t have 20k files in my inbox.
As discussed many times on the forums, that number is not the number of files in a database. It is raw, chunked sync data.
So why don’t you change it to % complete rather than number of items?
That’s a design decision I can’t answer about.
Got it, thanks. I’d say it’s been discussed many times on the forums because it makes no sense. No one is going to look at “Downloading Items” and think “oh, that’s raw, chunked sync data, not files”.
