Hi. Simple question: If I stop syncing a database to dropbox, will it be deleted on dropbox and use less space there? Or do I need to do something manually? One post referred me to tutorials but the link didn’t work. Thanks!
No. Disabling a sync location will not clean up the sync location (and yes, that’s by design).
In DEVONthink To Go’s Settings > Sync: Locations, make sure the location is enabled. You can left-swipe the location and clean all the sync data or touch the location and left-swipe a database to clean just its sync data.
Excellent. Worked perfectly. The sync data in Dropbox is gone and the database is safe on my computer.
