Images AND text in DTTG?

A newbie questions here…as I am just 3 hours new to DTTG…(I searched here and in support but could not find an answer to this for the latest version)…

Is it possible to have text and an image (easily) in a DTTG note? For example, I take a picture and then type text under it…or type text for an image that I then take??

Any assistance greatly appreciated…

You can also reference an external image in Markdown, but not quite so straight forward.
