Images not appearing in imported email

I dragged an email from eM Client to DT 4 Pro (v 4.1.1) and am trying to figure out how to make the images show.

This is how it appears in the email client:

‘Best Alternative’ view is selected.

Settings:

Any idea?

Is Settings > Files > Emails > Load remote images in messages enabled?

This is not a DEVONtech issue as it’s behavior seen in other applications, e.g., QuickLook in the Finder.
