Import view and Mail

Hi,

Every time that I want to go in the import view to scan a document (Image capture), I got the infamous beachball and it seems related to the email import parts.

I did setup both apple mail and outlook (mostly just to see what it was doing since I don’t use this feature)

Is it possible to disable the Email import settings in the import view.

I am running version 3.8.6 of Devonthink on macOS Ventura 13.0

Did you install & enable the plug-in for Apple Mail? Otherwise it might require some time to collect the necessary information from Apple Mail (and maybe Outlook).

This was my error, I didn’t enabled the plug-in in apple mail.
