There is no standard for PDF bookmarks so each application that supports them implements their own. This means the bookmarks aren’t portable across applications so we currently don’t support them.
From the pages view (the third icon form the name in the top toolbar), you can click and drag selected PDF pages to the item list in DEVONthink To Go. Note: The filename will not correspond to the original file. I will file an issue to investigate this but it may be something the PSPDFKit folks would need to address.

thank you. I would like to add to the wish list the ability to extract annotated pages. Very useful when (as in my case) you read and annotate large numbers of PDFs
Noted though that indeed would be something the developers at PSPDFKit would need to implement.
