In DTTG4 where is the option gone to add a 2nd (Dropbox) sync store?

I have two sync stores: One where I always download all documents, one where I only download documents when needed.

In DTTG4 I have a hard time figuring out how to add the 2nd Dropbox sync store after I have added the first one:

The Edit button seems to only edit the existing store…

That’s exactly where to add it.
Quit and relaunch the app then tap Edit in the Locations again. You should see any Local or Remote available options.
