Inbox folder is only transferred to database when starting Devonthink3 not in the meantime

Inbox folder is only transferred to database when starting Devonthink3 not in the meantime.

I use ScanSnap to scan directly to inbox. From there it moves to DT directly. But I don’t know what happened. since some weeks it only do the transfer when starting DT new.

Can anybody help me out?

Scanning to the Inbox folder is actually not recommended, scans should be directly sent to DEVONthink instead so that DEVONthink can recognize that it’s a scan and perform OCR.
